Marine Solutions has removed two mooring cells and repaired multiple cells at the AEP Tanner’s Creek Plant located on the Ohio River in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.  Marine Solutions utilized a barge mounted 100 ton crane and aerial lift to access the cells.  The mooring cells selected for demolition were removed by cutting the sheet piles both topside and below the water in sections to be removed and stored a separate deck barge.  Marine Solutions' divers utilized underwater burning equipment to complete the cell removals.  Multiple mooring cells at the plant were repaired with welded plates and steel bands to serve as rub rails.  These projects were completed with no incidents, on time and within budget.
