We are a generous company with generous employees who have a vast range of interests and passions. Through our educational outreach, we stay involved with our local schools through career fairs, Junior Achievement, shadowing opportunities, and internships. We are coaches and team parents and mentors for our local baseball, soccer, football, and swim teams. We donate to our local food banks and volunteer at rehabilitation centers. We pack nutritious meals for hungry children in impoverished areas. We help build schools and provide job opportunities in third world countries. With our Making Waves initiative, we encourage our employees to get involved in causes they are passionate about, and try to support those efforts through financial assistance, volunteerism, and marketing efforts, whether it’s around the corner or around the globe.
