Marine Solutions provided an inspection team led by engineer-divers to complete the above and below water inspections.  Underwater assets received Level I, II and III inspections. Engineers provided hands-on climbing inspections of the barge dock walkway trusses to obtain measurements and to document defects. The barge loading/unloading cell concrete caps were cored to provide ballast depth and cap thickness measurements necessary for the load rating analysis.  Marine Solutions' field crews use electronic data recording methods and equipment assist in efficiency and error reduction.  Additionally, an Marine Solutions' construction team utilizing a crane barge was used to complete repairs on the broken mooring dolphin pile.
