Overview:

We provided design and construction-phase oversight by reviewing design submittals for compliance with technical requirements, performing milestone and completion inspections, issuing inspection certifications, coordinating stakeholder comments and reporting, and supporting ongoing coordination with the port authority and the project team. This helped ensure quality delivery of critical waterfront infrastructure upgrades of an active cruise port in San Juan.
