Powhatan Point Terminal Design

We provided design services for a new bulkhead at a barge bulk transfer terminal, advancing concept-level planning into constructible alternatives (open-cell, closed-cell, or tied-back wall). Coordinated geotechnical investigations and soil contaminant sampling, performed mussel survey diving, and developed dredging design with permitting support. The project also included integration with an existing access road and a proposed graded area to align waterfront improvements with overall site development.
