Overview:

We performed an underwater inspection of a petroleum marine terminal on the Snake River in Pasco, Washington. A PE-led, three-person ADCI dive team inspected the approach trestle and multiple dolphin structures using Level I coverage with targeted Level II/III in-depth evaluations, and delivered a formal inspection report to support maintenance planning.
