Overview:

We conducted a comprehensive baseline condition inspection of five waterfront piers supported by more than 15,000 timber piles. We performed assessments in accordance with the Waterfront Inspection Manual and documented the condition of the piers and associated systems to support maintenance planning and long-term asset management.
