Overview:

We provided routine waterfront inspection services for an industrial dock facility on the Columbia River. Assessed existing conditions of a late 1960s dock system including a central dock, two mooring dolphins, and a downstream dock supported by approximately 90 timber piles, establishing baseline observations where prior inspection documentation was not available.
