Individual Competency View
The individual Competency view can be available for managers and employees. The view shows the competencies and certifications that are associated to the role(s). From here, the assessment and certification pop-ups are accessible.
Data can be extracted to Excel. From here, the user can navigate to the Training View, to search for trainings that are associated to the selected competency. A manager can choose individual employees that are accessible to him/her.

Navigation from Individual Competency View to Training View
To navigate from the Individual Competency View to the Training View click on the icon at the end of the row. To navigate from the Training View to SuccessFactors Learning click on the icon at the end of the row.
The user picture and username allow to navigate between the Individual Competency View and Training View respectively.
Sort Feature
To change sort settings on this page click on the double arrow and select the field you would like to sort by and select ok.
