The Group Competency Matrix view shows a grid view of the selected Competency Group. The grid view lists horizontally the selected job roles with the associated users, and lists vertically the competencies based on their roles. Clicking the icons will open up the respective assessment popup or certification popup. Using multiple filters and variants the user can show views with applied filters. All data can also be exported to Excel. From here, the user can also navigate to the individual view.

Select Competency Group the role you’re interested in is located
Select Target Function/Role
The Matrix now shows ONLY those competencies required for the Target Function/Role
You can further limit who is shown with the filters at the top of the page
If you only want to see employees that have been assigned that Target Role, then select the same role in Current Function/Role
Best Practice: Select Competency Group first to allow the system to accurately filter the roles.
Variant Selection
Using the variant manager, you can save filter criteria and set this as a default (eg. Different variant for each team, department, etc.)
